Dr. Kate McCarroll
Dr. Kate McCarroll was born in the Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia and attended medical school at Dalhousie University. She moved to Nanaimo to complete her Family Medicine residency, and since finishing in 2010, she and her husband have practiced rural family medicine in several beautiful mountain communities including Rossland, Golden and Revelstoke.

Dr. McCarroll shares a primary care practice at Selkirk Medical Group with the other Dr. McCarroll, her husband Kirk. She also holds a Certificate of Added Competence (CAC) in Care of the Elderly, from the University of British Columbia. In addition to primary care for all ages, her special areas of interest include senior’s health, long term care and palliative care and she provides consultative services for these patients with her team at Revelstoke’s Seniors Health and Wellness Centre. She is the Medical Director of Long Term Care at Mt Cartier Court and Physician Lead for the Revelstoke Chapter of the Rural and Remote Division of Family Practice. She is a Co-Chair of the Revelstoke Residential Care Initiative through Divisions of Family Practice and a member of the Palliative Care Committee at Queen Victoria Hospital.
She became interested in providing Botox cosmetic treatments when she learned how many people in Revelstoke were traveling out of town to access this service. She completed her training to become a certified injector in 2021 and since then she has enjoyed helping people look and feel their best using a natural approach to treatment with the goal that "no one will know you had anything done".
The McCarroll’s have two active young boys who keep them very busy. In their spare time they enjoy skiing, swimming, camping, canoeing, biking and just being outdoors in the wilderness in and around Revelstoke.
Dr. Kim Veale
CO-OWNER, MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Veale moved to Revelstoke in 2010 with her husband and young son looking for an active, vibrant community to raise their family. They came to check out the snow – and stayed because they fell in love with Revelstoke and the sense of community they found.

Dr. Veale completed her university and medical training in Calgary and Prince George. She has also spent time living and skiing in Fernie. In all of her past experiences, she’s been lucky to find a great group of people to surround herself with – and Revelstoke has been no exception.
Dr. Veale has explored many interests during her time in Revelstoke. She has a keen interest in orthopedics and has previously been involved in providing and enhancing obstetrical care in Revelstoke, development of the Revelstoke Secondary School Clinic and part of the child and youth mental health initiative. She is currently providing chronic pain services through myoActivation as well as family practice and emergency services. After completing her BOTOX training she has a new inspiration! She is excited to provide a unique service to Revelstoke through Alpenglow MediSpa and to be part of an amazing new team.
Watching our dynamic community grow and change, and being engaged in responding to its evolving needs inspires her. Since moving to Revelstoke, her family has grown, and she now has two kids with her husband. She feels lucky to live in a community where her children can be active, safe and engaged in their environment. Dr. Veale loves to ski and mountain bike with her family.
Lisa Belsham
CO-OWNER, CERTIFIED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN / LASER TECHNICIAN
Lisa Belsham was born and raised in beautiful Revelstoke, B.C. Her love and passion for the beauty industry started in 2001 after attending the Hair Art Academy in White Rock B.C. becoming a certified Cosmetologist. After five years in a salon, she ventured to establish her own home-based business in 2006, Sessa Studio. After two decades, Lisa transitioned to pursue Alpenglow Medispa.

Embarking on a career as a medical aesthetician, Lisa has two decades of cosmetology experience. Her extensive background in the beauty industry serves as a solid foundation, enriching her approach to medical aesthetics. With 20 years of refined skills and commitment to enhancing beauty, she seamlessly blends cosmetic expertise with advance techniques, striving to provide medical-grade clean skincare and specialized experience in the field of medical aesthetics.
Lisa specializes in microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and radio frequency microneedling, and non radio frequency microneeding. Bringing a wealth of knowledge and advance technique to laser hair removal, sun spots/benign keratosis, spider veins, and skin tightening. She possesses an abundance of expertise in the field of skincare, ensuring to tailor and create effective treatments for optimal skin health and rejuvenation.
Beyond her career Lisa finds joy hanging out with her two sons and husband. She is actively engaged in the community, supporting various clubs and initiatives. She loves gardening, camping, mountain biking, skiing, her animals and hanging out with close friends and family.
Dr. Bret Batchelor
FAMILY PHYSICIAN WITH ENHANCED SURGICAL SKILLS
Dr. Batchelor joined Selkirk Medical as a family physician in 2016. He is the Chief of Surgery at Queen Victoria Hospital. His full service practice includes primary care, emergency and inpatient medicine, obstetrics, and surgery. He is a registered BC endoscopist and part of the team that ensures 24/7, on-call service for complex obstetrical care and surgical services at Queen Victoria Hospital.

Dr. Batchelor completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Victoria and his medical degree at the University of Calgary before his Rural Family Medicine training at the University of British Columbia and Enhanced Surgical Skills residency at the University of Saskatchewan. After 6 full years practicing in Vanderhoof, BC he and his family followed their instincts south to Revelstoke.
Dr. Batchelor is the provincial lead for remote presence technology enhancements in BC’s Rural Surgical and Obstetrical Network Initiative. He’s a passionate advocate for the sustainability of Revelstoke’s local surgical and obstetrical servicese, as well as rural surgical and obstetrical care for all of Canada. He is also the host of the medical podcast ‘Really Rural Surgery and Obstetrics’.
His extra-curricular interests include outdoor recreation, team sports, woodworking and music.
Jessica Bradbury
Growing up in the beautiful Kootenay town of Rossland, BC, Jessica cultivated a passion for helping others from a young age. She diligently pursued her academic journey, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Victoria. In 2012, Jessica made the move to Revelstoke, where she has been employed at both the local hospital and Long Term Care facility, where she continues to work when she’s not at Alpenglow.

Jessica has always been drawn to the dynamic and specialized field of medical aesthetics. She’s achieved certification for cosmetic injections at The Botox Course, recognized nationwide for its exceptional standards and comprehensive curriculum.
Fueled by an unwavering passion for assisting others, Jessica is dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals with a focus on natural results. With meticulous attention to detail, she is committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care, striving to enhance natural beauty and foster confidence in her clients at Alpenglow.
Jessica is very excited to be a part of the Alpenglow team! In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her son and partner, as well as camping, gardening, skiing, biking and riding motorcycles!
Jordan Erickson
Jordan Erickson is a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for medical aesthetics and over 9 years of experience in the healthcare field. She completed her nursing degree at the University of Lethbridge in 2016 and has since specialized in emergency care and labour & delivery at the Revelstoke Hospital, where she continues to serve the community.

After completing her certificate in cosmetic injections through the Freida Academy, Jordan is excited to combine her clinical background with her artistry, offering personalized aesthetic treatments to help clients look and feel their best.
Jordan’s philosophy centers around creating natural results that enhance her clients’ features while prioritizing safety and comfort. She is committed to staying on top of the latest advancements in cosmetic treatments, always continuing her education to offer the highest standard of care.
Outside of her professional life, Jordan is an avid lover of the outdoors. When she’s not helping clients achieve their beauty goals, you’ll find her mountain biking or snowboarding.

Soleil Kelly
CERTIFIED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN / LASER TECHNICIAN
Soleil is a Revelstoke local, born and raised in the heart of B.C. Her passion for skin care began with her own journey navigating personal skin challenges and developing a desire to help others feel confident, comfortable, and radiant.

This deep love for skin health and product knowledge inspired her to pursue internationally recognized certification through the CIDESCO Aesthetician program, where she received comprehensive education in both theory and hands-on techniques. She is expanding her expertise through ongoing studies in Clinical/Medical Aesthetics and deepening her knowledge of advanced skincare treatments.
At the core of Soleil’s practice is her genuine focus on her clients. She brings a calm, professional presence to each appointment, helping her clients feel at ease .
When not in the treatment room, she is expanding her knowledge of the industry, spending quality time with friends and family, or enjoying the outdoors. She is very happy to be a part of the AlpenGlow team and helping you on your journey to achieve you’re glowing skin !

Madison Klevorick
CERTIFIED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN / LASER TECHNICIAN
Madison was born and raised here in beautiful Revelstoke B.C. She comes from a medical background providing compassion and care to individuals at Mount Cartier Court. Madison is a certified Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician providing Laser Hair removal, Microdermabrasion, Medical facials and peels.

Her love for skin and healthcare developed through her own struggles with skin issues. She has a keen interest and huge passion to help others feel good and confident within their own skin!
In her spare time Madison enjoys being with her two energetic and busy little boys Noah and Tate and spending time with family and friends.
She is extremely excited to be part of Alpenglow team & is looking forward to meeting all clientele.
